The 2007-2008 Executive Board members are:

The election of Board Officers is held during our May meeting, and the elected Officers will assume their posts on June 1st of that year.

Duties of the Executive Board Officers

President:
The President shall preside over all meetings, have general supervision of the affairs of the club, appoint chairpersons to various committees, and co-sign all checks with Treasurer of the club.

The President shall establish committees and appoint chairpersons as deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the club, for a term of one year, upon agreement of a majority of the Executive Board. The Chairperson shall organize the committee and present the names of the committee members in writing, to the Board for approval. Each Chairperson will make a report to the Board and to the membership as top to the activities of the committee upon request of the President.

1st Vice President:
The First Vice President shall have the responsibility for assisting the president, as requested by the president, and shall, in the absence of the president, assume all duties of the president. Further, the First Vice President shall have the responsibility of expanding the membership and promoting the good name of the club.

2nd Vice President:
The Second Vice President shall have the responsibility for supervising the committee charged with the selection of the play to be presented by the club; preparation and distribution of materials to the committee responsible for publication of informational items in print and television.

Treasurer:
The treasurer shall be responsible to collect all monies due the club, pay all indebtedness of the club, and maintain a complete and accurate ac counting of all such receipts and expenditures. The Treasurer will maintain a list of members; present a simple financial report at all monthly meetings and conduct an annual audit with the audit committee as appointed by the President. The annual statement shall be presented at a specifically designated meeting.

Secretary:
The secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings, and conduct such correspondence as directed by the Executive Board. Copies of minutes shall be made and distributed to the Executive Board within a reasonable time after each meeting, and all minutes and club correspondence shall be available to the membership, upon request, within a reasonable time.

Member At Large:
The Member at Large shall represent the membership the membership as a whole and shall be liaison to the membership to assure that all new members receive, at a minimum, copies of the By-Laws of the club and other relevant materials.
